Manifesto

The third pillar.

We measure money. Mint, Wealthfront, Robinhood, a thousand spreadsheets. Every dollar accounted for.

We measure health. Whoop, Oura, Apple Watch, Eight Sleep. HRV, REM, strain, recovery. We treat sleep like a sport.

And then there's time.

The one resource you can't earn back. The one resource that runs out for everyone, regardless of how rich, how healthy, how clever. The one resource that defines whether your life felt lived.

And we don't measure it at all. We don't even look at it. We outsource it to a 24-box grid Google designed twenty years ago, and then we wonder why our weeks feel like they happen to us instead of for us.

Aligned is the time wellness app.

Not a productivity tool. Not a task manager. Not another calendar in the App Store productivity category. A category of one: a calendar that treats time the way Whoop treats sleep, as a vital sign of how you're actually living.

Three things that make us different

1. Bands, not boxes.

Your day has a shape: morning, afternoon, evening. You don't live in 24 numbered hours, you live in three sections. We built a calendar around that, with templates for how founders, parents, students, and remote workers actually structure a day.

2. Built for the people in your life, not just the meetings in your job.

Most calendar apps assume invites travel by work email. Real life doesn't. We let you build groups, invite by text with auto-iCal, and use AI to remember who "dinner with the coding monkeys" actually is, without making your private calendar public.

3. A weekly reflection, not a productivity audit.

On Sunday, you see the shape of your week. Not where you wasted time. The shape, compared to the shape you meant to live. It's the only metric in personal time that actually matters.

Who Aligned is for

The Whoop-wearing, Oura-ringing, sleep-tracking, intentional-living adult who already pays for premium tools to take care of their body. We're for the people who realized health is something you design, not something that happens to you, and who are ready to apply that same discipline to time.

Founders building a company without losing their decade. Parents protecting weekend mornings from the inbox. Anyone who has ever ended a Sunday wondering where the week went.

Why now

Three things came together.

Calendar APIs (Google, Apple, Outlook) finally let third parties build a real product on top of the system you already use.

AI finally got good enough to handle the soft parts of social planning, like who's in a group, what the recurring dinner is, who got missed last week.

And the wellness category finally crossed the bridge from "fitness gadget" to "the way thoughtful people live." Sleep, recovery, focus, time, all parts of the same picture.

Time is the next one.

Aligned is in private beta on iOS.
