• Poll Data: Poll titles, time slots, and votes you create or submit
• Guest Information: Name you provide when voting as a guest
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics

3. Calendar Access

When you use the "Auto-check calendar" feature, we request temporary, read-only access to your Google Calendar. This access is used solely to check your availability against proposed time slots. We do not store, save, or retain any calendar data. The calendar information is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after matching availability. We cannot access your calendar after this one-time check.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Aligned service
• To allow participants to vote on time slots
• To display poll results to organizers
• To send authentication emails (magic links)
• To improve our service through anonymous analytics

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Google (analytics)
• Poll Participants: Your name and votes are visible to other participants of the same poll

6. Data Retention

Poll data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your polls at any time. Anonymous guest votes are retained with the poll data. Calendar data is never stored—it is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
