Terms of Service - Aligned

By accessing or using Aligned ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Aligned is a scheduling tool that helps groups find mutually available times to meet. Users can create polls with time slots, share them with participants, and collect availability votes.

3. User Accounts

You may use Aligned with or without an account. Creating an account allows you to manage your polls. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Impersonate others or provide false information
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (poll titles, descriptions). By creating content, you grant us a license to display it to poll participants. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Calendar). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We do not store data from these third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JB CAPITAL BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
